Performance characteristics of sand cleaning ship:
The river sand dredger can handle raw material 80m³/h, and the clean sand can be 30-80m³/h according to the quality of sand. The underwater excavation depth: 13 m for large-scale dredger, 4m-8m for general dredger, equipped with 1100 and 1110 Changchai, 2.5kg/h for fuel consumption and 2 staffs.
This river sand dredger is separated and screened into single layer and double layer. Stones, mud and weeds in the sand can be separated from the sand and sent out by conveyor belt. The conveying part is divided into double conveying and single conveying. Sand can be separated from impurities. The distance of transporting sand is 10m-14m, and the distance of transporting impurities is 6m-16m.
The river cleaning boat is roughly divided into hull, main frame, power, deceleration system, underwater excavation part, transmission part and operation part. The ship is 4.5m-6m wide, 10-14m long, 5m high and 2m-8m high

5. The engine and pump are located in the middle main engine compartment, and the side hull on both sides is used as fuel tank, ballast tank and storage bin.
