1.Working Performace
The material falls vertically from the upper part into the high-speed rotating rotor distribution tray and is evenly distributed into the surrounding crushing chamber. The hammer hits the material and is thrown to the side liner at high speed. The materials collide with each other, and they are rotated back and forth to hit, from top to bottom, directly discharged.
2. Technical Characteristics
1) Simple and reasonable structure and low operating cost.
2) The alloy plate hammer head protects the inside of the rotor by itself, and it can be turned twice for 180 degrees.
3) The crushing cavity is gradually reduced from large to small, the material particles are rotated and hit, there is no sieve plate and no block at the bottom, dry material is dry ground, wet material is flushed.
4) One-time discharge of less than or equal to six millimeter particles accounts for
90% to 95%
5) suitable for hard materials, such as: river pebble, granite, basalt and so on.
6) The biggest advantage is: round sand particles
7) working noise is lower than 75 decibels (db level)
